In the next installment of “What Would Abby Wear” she has put together two fun, festive, and fashion-forward outfits for the weekend: What to wear 4th of July! And to be perfectly cliche: How is it already July? Aren’t we all asking ourselves that? Whether you are blasting through your list of 99 things to do with your kids this summer or kicking yourself for not signing the troops up for more summer camp, this weekend is all about fun and family (and of course our Independence). Abby’s patriotic looks, “causal/chic” and “comfortable/cool”, will have you looking camera ready – you know, in the rare event that you get on the other side of the lens 😉
look 1– casual/chic (on left): tuck this classic america tee into a metallic pencil skirt. finish the look with a pop of red from these lace up gladiators and classic gold watch
one – flag tee // two – metallic/linen skirt // three – gold watch // four – lace up gladiators (or “save” version here in red)
look 2- comfortable/cool (on right): watch the fireworks wrapped up in this color block sweater and destroyed white denim. take this look up a notch with a statement shoe and over the top earrings
one – color block sweater (30% off right now) or another great sweater option is this also on sale #haveitloveit in light blue// two – white skinny jeans (less pricy version here and also on sale) // three – earrings (Bauble Bar for Anthropologie!!) // four – blue pumps
** and what will your kids wear, you ask? Have you seen Gap’s Americana line? Or this? Or this for baby? Or this??!! (<– that one, I’ll take three!)
