The Sunday Brief (and a giveaway)

October 25, 2015

Some easy-like-Sunday-morning reading to kickstart your day. Just some quick links from around the web that were too good not to share or just caught my eye for one reason or the other. Go refill your mug, maybe grab a donut, and enjoy!

the sunday brief

Wear // So glad to see these lace up Uggs are back and better than ever! I bought a similar pair years ago because they were one of “Oprah’s Favorite Things” and haven’t seen them back until now!

Eat // A friend gave me this recipe and it went over huge. Serve it over roasted veggies (onions, carrots, potatoes). Simple, healthy goodness.

Season // A ton of ways to pumpkin-ify your life right here. Oh, and a handy little “discovery” of mine to help clean and separate pumpkin seeds.

Trend // Tired of plucking grays? Good news. Gray is in – check out how this blogger transformed her hair to a completely chic gray look. I sort of love it. Dare me? Kidding. I couldn’t pull if off, but you probably can!

Beauty // All-in-one beauty must-have. Thank you, Birchbox for introducing me to this gem.

Fun // Who doesn’t love getting mail? Excited for my first Rocksbox to arrive. Try a month for free with code: SISTERSTOSONSXOXO and get some new bling just in time for the holiday season.

Cry // This video is the ultimate tear jerker – just ask my husband.

Give // Or should I say giveaway? Micro Kickboard asked if I wanted make the day of a little trick-or-treater by giving away an ORANGE Maxi Micro ( to a lucky reader. Um, no brainer! YES! See form below to enter to win!
