Preschool Drama //  Is preschool these days counter productive? Personally, I just want my kids to develop some social graces, play, and have fun. If their first school experience isn’t a positive one, then, well, then we are screwed. You know what they say about first impressions…. I think it’s time we stop stressing over how much knowledge we can cram into our kids’ brains before they hit kindergarten. Kids will learn when they are developmentally ready.

Eat // Thanks for all of the great feedback on these babies. Turns out they can be made without egg for those with allergies. On the menu this week: Seems like a good time of year for some chicken noodle soup ( and this recipe uses left over’s from the lemon chicken I recommended last week!). Did anyone make that chicken? Good, right? This winter salad looks amazing. And for the slow cooker crew – I’ll be trying this tomato, quinoa, kale soup.
