You may or may not have heard the news? Who What Wear (the top fashion website in all of the land) has just come out with a line exclusively made for Target. What does this mean for you? It means that wardrobe essentials that you may have once deemed “out of reach” are now at your fingertips. The entire line is under $49 and being the kind little blogger that I am, I went to the store, looked at it, touched it, bought some of it, and now I am here to tell you what pieces you should buy right now. Overall the line is WOW. A few of the pieces, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the material even if I loved the style. Like this trench. I almost bought it, but it was a little stiff. So here are my very honest opinions on what you need to scoop up right now. I only included items where both the style AND quality were top notch.
Working girls! A few essentials:
V-Neck Tunic // Perfect for work or even date night with the right necklace or neck scarf. I bought it in black.
Front Wrap Culottes // These are amazing. J.Crew’s head stylist was just quoted saying that culottes can be as slimming as skinny jeans. I love the front wrap detail of these. They would have come home with me if only my belly would fit!
Bow Blouse // Yes! This.
Neck Scarf // Comes in a few prints! Tie it around your neck, around a top knot in your hair, or even on your bag. These are WAY too much fun.
For Brunch in the Spring Time:
Chambray Dress // This comes in several prints, but I love the chambray and it is SUPER soft! These are some of THE most versatile dresses out there. I might even shorten it an inch or three.
Knotted Belt // Can’t beat the price on this. A wardrobe staple and goes great with the dress above.
Denim Skirt // Another item that I would have purchased if I could fit into it. Denim skirts are back and not going anywhere any time soon. Loving this midi length.
Updated Wardrobe Essentials:
Button Back Tank // With white jeans or distressed boyfriend jeans all spring long.
Crew Neck Sweater // Perfect to just throw on… and for chilly summer nights. Super lightweight and soft. Love the split cuff detail.
Linen Tee // Felt it. Touched it. It’s GOOD! Just don’t put it in the dryer. Linen shrinks.
Circle Crossbody Bag // I want this SO bad. It wasn’t in the store, so best bet is to buy online. This baby is a total outfit maker!
Cape Blazer // Date night essential. And also great for work. I have a similar cape that I bought for $100. I tried this one on and there is absolutely no difference between the two. Such a fun piece to have in your closet.
And as always I tried a few items on for size.
Now go! Run! Order! Do whatever you need to do! Limited selection in stores – everything available online as well as plus size.
