Next up in our Floridian escapade, I am excited to introduce you all to Jana Rentz – a fashion loving audiologist and mother of 2 little girls. Jana is a clinically trained Audiologist, however works in sales for a company that manufacturers hearing devices. This enables her to reach more people suffering from hearing impairment. Additionally she has always had a passion for fashion that she attributes to her stylish grandmother. She hopes to inspire other working moms to put their best foot forward over on her Instagram @killingitinpants.
Tell us about the look you wore: Where would you wear it? Why do you love it?
I would wear this to an outdoor event or party, dinner with the family, running errands, or traveling. I love that it’s a versatile and comfortable t-shirt dress, with the asymmetrical and knot details that make it stand out from plain tshirt dresses!
How would you describe your style in 5 words or less? –Playful, flirty & feminine yet edgy
How many days per week do you put on “real” clothes and/or what is your work style? –5 days a week, its “trendy” while still work appropriate!
What’s your favorite pair of jeans? Rag n Bone always, currently this pair.
How did you keep in shape when you were pregnant? Barre fitness & yoga
Most worn item in your closet?— Jimmy Choo Romy pointy toe pump in nude—so versatile they go with jeans, work outfits or dresses!
What’s the best piece of parenting advice you’ve received? Or give us some!—Don’t take anything personally when talking to other moms. Just because you do or don’t do something, it doesn’t make you better or worse than them—we are all just trying to survive!
Which decade has been your favorite? And why? Current decade for sure! Well for starters now that I’m further into my career and have paid off student loans- I have enough money to buy clothes & shoes, LOL! But mostly because of the confidence & self-love that develops with age.
