Is anyone else in a confused mental state now that August is in full swing? You can almost smell the fumes of the school bus as it whisks your children off to school. And upon returning to your empty house to wipe the crumbs off the counter from breakfast, you smile, because instead of wiping that counter 87 times per day, today you will only have to wipe it three times, max. Your long lost friends, structure and sanity, peer through the window (and damn they look good), but deep down you really don’t want summer to end.
Just me?
As we make the gradual shift into end-of-summer mode, my wardrobe has started to reflect more of a transitional fall vibe. Basically I’m sick of my summer clothes and getting excited to break out the layers. I thought a round up of some of my more popular summer #OOTDs would serve as some outfit inspiration until we make the full dive into fall fashion (for which you should be very excited)….

August 8, 2017 at 10:05 amGreat outfit inspo! Alas, it is still well into the triple digits here in AZ so that means that anything other than tank tops and shorts will have to wait until October. Sigh…

August 8, 2017 at 10:12 pmI love the long sleeve top in the pic labeled Summer Neutrals, but it’s hard to tell how you tied it. Was it just one corner tied up or two tied together?
