Happy almost Halloween! To get you in the spirit we’ve whipped up a super cool cocktail! The thing about vodka is that there are so many flavors it can be infused with…  since blackberries are at the end of their season we decided to use them to go out with a bang! A little splash of seltzer and some ridiculously cool luster dust makes for one heck of a cocktail. Yes, the luster dust is edible and creates the WOW factor your happy hour has been looking for 😉

Ingredients

• 1 cup vodka
• 6 blackberries
• 1/3 cup simple syrup
• Luster Dust in Fuchsia –> not required, but adds the WOW factor
• Seltzer
• Lime

Recipe
Place the vodka and blackberries in a container with a lid and let them sit for around 3-5 days (more if you have time).   Strain the blackberries with a fine mesh sieve.  Add the simple syrup to the strained vodka.  Add luster petal dust until you get the color you want. It will be a beautiful shimmery mixture.   To make drinks, add ice to a tall glass, measure out 1 shot of the vodka.  Add seltzer and one wedge of lime juice.  Shake or stir.. then pour into a champagne or martini glass and enjoy!
