After blogging for a few years now (5 to be exact, but who is counting?) I have learned a few tricks to the trade…outfit formulas are actually super helpful and one-stop shopping really does save you time. But also the small things like how important accessories are to changing up a look and how buy online and pick up in store is the most genius idea yet. To combine my learnings, big and small, I perused my favorite one stop shop to find the perfect holiday outfit with all the fixings. The fun doesn’t stop there because Nordstrom is now having their The Score Sale where brands like Madewell, Calson, Free People, AG, and Marc Fisher are all on sale. Plus if you spend $250 you get $50 e-certificate to use by February 2nd, 2019.
If you haven’t shopped Nordstrom before you’ll need know about a few of my favorite services they offer… like free alterations, free shipping/returns and even curbside pick up! Best of all they have everything you need for all those tricky people on your gifting list. UGG boots for girls, cashmere scarf for him, and don’t forget to throw in a beauty item in for yourself 😉
So what does one wear for holiday shopping and beyond? Enter one of my favorite outfit formulas… Jeans + Sweater + all the lust-worthy accessories! This sweater is all business casual in the front and surprise party in the back! Paired with skinny jeans and this is the perfect outfit base for super fun accessories. I had to stop myself when I saw this fur bag… it embodies all the childhood dreams of owning a fur coat, but in a handbag of course. Pop on a patterned scarf, these stunning slouchy booties and BAM! This outfit went from 0-60.
