To the beach!!! Or maybe the mountains? Or no definitely the beach. It’s always a toss up, but somehow the sunshine always wins in my family. I am currently bundled in a jacket, inside my office, my fingers slightly numb from being outside a few moments ago. So yes, the beach is looking pretty good right about now. Whether you and your love are escaping for a long weekend this winter or you are planning a family trip for the spring, I thought I would share my go-to travel outfit and a few things that I always pack in my suitcase.
Raise your hand if you ever saw someone wearing heels in an airport? Or shoes with a million buckles, or a *gasp* a mini skirt? I don’t know about all of you but for me, traveling is a sport. Have you met my kids? Or seen them on Instagram? Have I ever gotten on the plane NOT sweating?
100% no.
My go-to travel outfit is always the same and well equipped for any swift maneuvering, bending, crouching, juggling that comes when traveling with kids. And if I happen to get the chance to travel without them, well I just stick to what works and still wear the same thing – cool leggings, fun graphic tee, layering piece, SNEAKERS. Oh and sunnies, you know, just in case you want to grab a few minutes of shut eye in style.
Wearing:
Oui Tee (because when the flight attendant asks if you want a drink, there is only one answer….)
Camo Leggings – amazing compression and so good for travel and beyond
APL Sneaks – really digging these! Love the look of them and uber comfy/supportive
