I have to admit I was a little hesitant on doing this post & “bearing it all” on such a large platform. As a typical female in today’s world I’ve struggled with body image issues, and then after having my baby (I gained a solid 50!) I for sure didn’t have the confidence I once had. The opportunity came up to join the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program and I sat on it for a little, wondering if it would really actually do anything. Change my lifestyle?! Well that’s scary. So with the expectation of it to not really work, I decided to dive in anyway.
You. Guys. It works! In the 6 weeks of this program I lost inches (I mean, look!), my energy increased, and I’m *finally* starting to fit back into some of my pre-pregnancy clothes. I just started my second round 2 weeks ago and I’m super excited to see what lies ahead.

Is it a full lifestyle change? Yes and no. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted, rarely work out, and was an easy size 0-2…but clearly after having a baby that’s not exactly in the cards for me anymore. This program helped me learn how to fuel my body with the right nutrients without depriving myself. I like to think of it as eating what I want but knowing exactly what’s good for me & in moderation. There’s also “carb cycling”, so balancing the week with low & high carb days (I weirdly love the low carb days, it’s like a reset!). There’s also workouts to do during the week and THANKFULLY you don’t need a gym membership — you can do them at home!
