Attention 90s kids: rejoice! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when the TMC team was asked a few times on how to wear/style combat boots. It’s a little out of my comfort zone, but after finding these adorable combat boots that are waterproof AND easy to walk in it was a no-brainer. Even more surprising, these combat boots are made by UGG and under $200 so you already know the quality is top notch!

With a Femme Touch
This is for the tomboy that wants to add a little femme to her outfit. Or the girly girl that wants to add a little edge. Whatever your style is, this look is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Style Tip: Opt for jeans that are about ankle length so there’s not a lot of scrunching around the top of the boots. Sometimes I like to “shjuz”/pull up the pant legs of my jeans so they hit *just* right.

With a Dress
So this is the look that was completely out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to give it a test run anyway. This dress runs a tad big (definitely size down!) so I belted it as to not have my entire outfit bulky and oversized. Topped with a sleek, drapey moto jacket and edgy has met her chic match.

With an Athleisure Twist
Now this is a look I can wear day after day! Especially those rainy days walking to the bus stop? Yes please! This is the perfect studio to street outfit when it’s chilly outside and sneakers just won’t cut it.

Leggings | Tunic | Puffer Vest | Bag
With an Oversized Sweater
Yes, this is a sweater dress (maybe a tad short as a dress on it’s own for the taller gals!) but wait — there is a trick to making it a TOP!! Abby showed the team and it’s actually quite genius. A video tutorial is definitely in the works over here.

With a Blazer
Sweatshirts under blazers is trending everywhere right now. I didn’t realize how popular it was until I tried it, and then saw basically everyone doing it. This is definitely a trend that is up my alley – equal parts comfy but mom-means-business.

With a Moto Jacket + Blanket Scarf
And at last, the outfit that instantly popped into my mind when planning how to style these combat boots. A cropped moto jacket (I like the blush color to add a little femme hint), bodysuit and…ripped jeans. This camo scarf and bold sunglasses evens out the look perfectly.
