Working from home — the new normal for many people in the past few weeks. When planning content for March back in February (which seems like a decade ago) we had another workwear post scheduled. Obviously things have dramatically changed since then and workwear has taken on a new meaning for essentially all of us. From easy joggers to cozy tunics, the universal dress code for work has been all about comfort. Although I am trying — like, really trying — to push myself to pull on a pair of jeans or a fun top, these are the wardrobes pieces that are easiest for me in the crazy mornings. And I’m slowly accepting that for right now. Why push the boundaries when we’re in a place that’s already pushing ALL of our boundaries? So let’s all come to the agreement that comfort is key, the driveway will be our runway for the dresses we purchased, and one day we will wear our dressy clothes in public together while hugging, dancing and laughing.
