One thing my hair stylist reminds me of every time I see her is to keep up with my Olaplex treatments. I typically use a ton of heat on my hair and it has become damaged over the years. Olaplex No. 3 is a treatment that strengthens your hair and it’s good for ALL hair types. You just apply it to wet, towel-dried hair and let it sit for 20 mins. I usually wrap it in a towel loosely, but clipping it up works well too. Shampoo and condition as normal and after the first treatment you will notice a huge difference in your hair. Basically what I’m trying to say is that your hair will be so soft you won’t be able to stop touching it!

One of my other favorite self-care products is the Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream. It’s my most effortless form of skincare because it really is as easy as applying it to your face and letting the hyaluronic acid do the work. The light rose scent is totally spa-like for a millisecond of zen in your own bathroom. The results? Dewy, plump skin. I apply every morning and sometimes throughout the day when I want a little hydration boost – or just a whiff of the beautiful smell!

If you are looking for a gift to really impress… go with the Sephora Skincare Fridge. Nothing says “self-care” like caring for your products. Also, when you put on under eye cream when it is cold you are instantly transported to the spa. Having this cooler in your bedroom or bathroom will also give you another excuse to use that jade roller you’ve forgotten about somewhere hidden in your actual fridge. Another bonus point, this fridge also has a warming feature! I also removed the small shelf to make room for larger products.

One of the items I tested out from my fridge was the GLAMGLOW YOUTHMUD® Glow Stimulating & Exfoliating Treatment Mask. I had once gotten a tester of this mask and was smitten! If your eyes need a little lift, you have to treat yourself to these Peter Thomas Roth Hydra-Gel Eye Patches. Not only do they look fancy (hello, 24-carat gold?!) but they feel like super luxurious cucumbers on your eyes. I like to throw these bad boys on my eyes first thing in the morning while drinking my coffee and getting some work done. After removing my eyes feel nice and plumped up, but in a relaxed and soothing way. Oh, did I mention they are also lightly infused with lavender?!
