We have all been navigating through COVID-19 the past few months (months!), especially through big milestones. Birthdays, a few holidays, Mother’s Day……and now graduations. My oldest was supposed to have his elementary school graduation this year, however much like lots of other families we will be celebrating from afar. It doesn’t take away the fact that school and so many end-of-year memories were taken away from these kids… I get teary thinking about what they won’t have, but we are all in this together. You can bet we will do our best to make it special for our little graduate. Still ironing out exactly what that will look like, but in the mean time, we’ve got the gifts which is always sure to brighten the day and their mood. From pre-K to college kids, we have everyone on the list covered!
They may be little but man, are they fierce! Get your little one ready for the next big step with a cool lunchbox and bright backpack. Dry your eyes, mama!
From fun activity trackers to cool glow-in-the-dark pencil cases, they will be ready to take on first grade! Again, dry your eyes mom!
Elementary School Graduation
Depending on the state and school district you are in, your child may have an elementary school grad on your hands! This is the case for my oldest, and we are definitely going to make sure he feels all the special love. Should I get him a cap and gown?!
Middle School Graduation
Gadgets and gizmos galore! Prep your soon-to-be high schooler with a fresh bookbag, a personalized lap study desk and printed ear buds. They may be the new kids on the block, but they definitely won’t feel like it!
High School Graduation
Organization is key, especially in small dorm rooms! Upgrade their headphones for those long walks to class (maybe they’ll listen to an informative podcast or 2), a candle from your hometown and some inspirational decor.
Whether off on their own in the real world or moving back in with mom and dad for a little, get them a sentimental, timeless gift they will always have. An espresso machine and personal blender doesn’t hurt either!
Want a little something extra that you can make personal? Get the newly grad a book! Write a personal message on the inside, date & sign it. Maybe even a little cash in there too 😉
