I am so lucky to live on the east coast and get to enjoy all of the seasons. The transition from summer to fall has be one of my favorites. The nights start to cool off and the back-to-school rush is in the air. And while this year we are busy preparing for the hybrid of at-home learning with the potential of school opening back up, getting dressed in the morning should be the least of our worries. We’re already deciding about whether or not to pre-pack lunches and how to do 4th grade math (what new technique will it be this year?!). Throwing on one of these easy dresses will at least reduce your getting dressed stress. The best part is a few easy layers will have these dresses going from August to autumn in a pinch.
Dress Look 1:
This tiered faux button dress is definitely twirl-worthy. I love that just a simple sandal is really all you need to hop on out the door. By adding a pair of booties and layering a long cardigan this dress goes from one season to the next.
Dress Look 2:
I’ve been eyeing this ruffled hem dress for a while and I decided to go all in with a fun color. Pop on this dress for a summer outing with a pair of studded sandals and a straw bag. And when the chill comes throw on a classic denim jacket and some cute booties. A little pop of leopard never hurts either, right?
