It seems like only a few weeks ago we were talking about how to transition out of our cozy loungewear into fun, summertime outfits. But here we are at the beginning of September, and I have to say I am loving these cooler fall mornings. Now the dilemma is how to dress when it’s crisp in the mornings, but by the afternoon you feel the heat coming on! It may not be the most challenging obstacle we have encountered in 2020, but a task nonetheless. So I have rounded up some of my most recent and favorite outfits that can easily transition from the summer heat to the cooler fall temps.
Fall Transitional Outfits
1 Dress, Endless Ways
A sleeveless dress for the win during this time! Adorable on it’s own, but pack on the layers while you’re in the office (or home office) or out and about.

Dress | Sandals | Moto Jacket | Booties | Cardigan | Boots
Put A Jacket On It
When in doubt, just grab a light jacket. Throw it over your favorite dress, tank or tee when the temps begin to dip!
Dress | Jean Jacket | Wedges
Tank | Jacket | Shorts | Sandals | Jeans | Birkenstocks

Dress | Jean Jacket | Sandals
Tank | Jeans | Sandals | Camo Jacket | Mules (sold out, linking similar)
Shorts And Sweater Weather
Why do I love pairing sweaters and shorts together?! It’s a combo I’ll never understand about why it’s so good, similar to chocolate-covered sea salt caramels. But I just know it works and is so, so good. Maybe it’s because I’m holding on to every last morsel of summer. Or maybe it’s because I’ll find any excuse to discuss my love for those dang sea salt caramels.
