Thank you to Nordstrom & ShopStyle Collective for sponsoring this post.
Even though I don’t dress professionally for my job, styling workwear outfits is one of my favorite “genres” of fashion. I love proving that workwear doesn’t have to be boring and that women can be empowered through fashion. Look good, feel good, do good… you know the story. There are a few essential pieces that every work wardrobe should included – fabulous blouses, un-boring pants, chic accessories, walkable, yet fashionable shoes and that aforementioned boss babe attitude (which happens to be free!). I styled a fall/winter workwear look below with some pieces I fell in love with from Nordstrom and there is a highly curated “workwear edit” below….

This blouse is a workwear must – it’s polished, feminine and looks great along or layered under a blazer or cardigan. I was immediately drawn to these pants because of the ankle tie detail that immediately put them in the “unboring pants” category without being over the top. While I know heels aren’t ideal for some work environments, these feel very substantial and are easy to walk in. I finished the look with some gold/pearl accessories and a chic, neutral tote.
