Thanksgiving Outfits with Gap

Can we all agree that cranberry sauce makes everything better? It turns dry, bland turkey into a flavor explosion… a little sweet a little savory – a little party for your mouth. What does this have to do with Thanksgiving outfits, you ask? Work with me here, but shouldn’t what we wear feel just as fun? Dress yourself up to make the occasion feel “special”, but also fun, bright, happy and comfortable… a little tangy in the best way possible? This is exactly how I like to dress for Thanksgiving. It’s not our everyday digs, but everyday elevated. Not in a canned cranberry kind of way, but in a grandmother’s homemade cranberry kind of way. It’s a day where my kids keep their mesh shorts in the drawer for a few hours and break out something a little more photo-worthy (but equally comfortable). And the result? Einstein, plaid, florals and really, really cool jackets.
